Self-Discovery is Self-Love

Self love is the best love. However, sometimes we have to find the path that will elevate us to become our better self. Self discovery is the best form of self research in the journey of becoming a better us.

Sometimes you have to really apply pressure to your own life! This means defining your goals and understanding why they are your goals, identifying the reality of your situation, understanding that you have options, and understanding the will power you have to accomplish those goals. - Coach Jasmine Jackson

You have been assigned one very special thing to do in this life; being authentically you as well as being 100% comfortable with who you are. Stop hiding and shrinking yourself. Become an expert on what serves you and demand others understand your boundaries. Be vulnerable. Be powerful. You have to abandon the idea that you aren’t enough because you are more than enough.

Be mindful.Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is about taking a moment to just be, breath, and feel in the moment. Start practicing mindfulness techniques such as finding a comfortable place, relaxing, taking a deep breath, and asking yourself, “how do I feel in this moment?” You can join Coach Jasmine Via Facebook for her Mindful Minute to get started on this journey, but without mindfulness and reflection, self discovery will be very difficult.

Lastly, be kind to yourself. You have so much going for yourself and you aren’t perfect. Mistakes fuel your growth and so accept them and continue progressing forward. Coach Jasmine is asking you to use July as a month of self discovery and loving on yourself.
